Only 1 dog per person, per class.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS WITH DAY & TIME SCHEDULES

We will make every effort to place you in your 1st choice class, should that class be full, please fill in your 2nd choice class.

Applications must be fully completed, legible and include payment to be entered into the requested class.

First-time students to DDTC need to include a recent copy of your dog’s shot record
PAYMENT can be made by cash, checks or money orders made out to DDTC.

MAIL- Mail the form, shot record (if needed) and payment to the address at the bottom of the registration form.

AT THE CLUB – Put the form, shot record (if needed) and payment in an envelope. Mark the class on the outside of the envelope. Drop the envelope in the agility box.

JUNIOR HANDLERS must

Be 10 years or older.

Be able to stop the dog.

Be able to follow the instructor’s directions,
Parents must be present for the class.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION You will be notified that your registration has been received and class requested is confirmed. If you don’t receive your confirmation, please contact the registrar at DaytonDogAgility@gmail.com.
